01A session shaped around you
The work may include focused attention to neck and shoulder tension, muscular tightness, stress, or mobility concerns. The starting point is a conversation, not a diagnosis, and the session can change as your body responds.
02A broad bodywork vocabulary
Thai Massage, Lymphatic Drainage Massage, myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, trigger point work, neuromuscular therapy, sports massage, prenatal massage, and cupping may have a place when they serve the session.
03Pressure and technique can change
A thoughtful session may move between different pressures, rhythms, and levels of stillness. Allison uses more than 20 years of hands-on experience to choose what fits rather than forcing a technique because it is on a menu.
04What to expect
You can share what you are hoping for, what you have noticed, and anything that would make the session feel more comfortable. Allison will explain the next step and keep the work responsive throughout.
