The work

Not a menu.
A vocabulary.

A wide vocabulary of techniques, held lightly and chosen with care.

You do not need to decide what your body needs before you arrive. That is part of the work.

Thai massage

Assisted movement, compression, and rhythmic work that invite the whole body into conversation.

The session decides what belongs in the room.

More than a modality.
A whole-body view.

Thai massage can bring movement. Myofascial work can bring slow precision. Lymphatic Drainage Massage can invite a lighter rhythm. Cupping, trigger point, neuromuscular, sports, prenatal, or craniosacral work may have a place too.

The difference is not the list. It is the way the pieces are listened for, selected, and woven together.
